Our Shipping Partners

We ship exclusively using Canada Post Expedited ( Canada and U.S.A. ) and Canada Post Xpresspost Internationally which provides insurance coverage and tracking services on all shipments and represents the most economical option at this time. Customers have the option of using a separate courier service; simply contact brenda@timewellspentgifts.com or 1.866.707.0185 and we will try to accommodate your request.

For our customers from the States, please note that Canada Post partners with USPS for shipments and parcels are only tracked to the border and then once they are delivered, but not en route through the States. Customs at the border can take up to 2 weeks to process any shipment.

We are located in Toronto and as a rule shipments in Canada can take 1 to 7 business days to deliver; shipments to the States can take 6 to 14 business days to deliver. Canada Post Xpresspost – International can take up to 14 business days to deliver. Also all applicable international duties and taxes above the prepaid invoice are the responsibility of the customer.
